  • Plan and assist users in observing total solar eclipses through a voice countdown that alerts at the right moments 
  • Input: Select the eclipse event and your geographical location (via GPS or map).
  • Output: Precisely timed key eclipse events based on location and eclipse type.
  • Displays key contact moments:
    • First Contact (C1) – Moon starts covering the Sun.
    • Second Contact (C2) – Totality begins.
    • Mid-Eclipse – Midpoint of totality.
    • Third Contact (C3) – Sun reappears, totality ends.
    • Fourth Contact (C4) – Moon leaves the Sun
    • Sunset / Sunrise if during eclipse
  • Shows times in UTC and local time.
  • Real-time countdown to each event.
